Is it very hard to replace the headphone jack in a Ex2 ?

No it's not,Do you want to change it because it's scratchy in the head phones ? if that's the reason just open up the handle & spray tuner cleaner into it then use 100 grit & rub gently on the inside of the 1/4" hole.

The samething happened to mine when we were on vacation, I took it apart & cleaned it, that was two years ago, It comes apart very easy,

grip off unscrew the screws on the handle, open slowly, you'll see the wires to the 1/4 " conector, , use the 100 grit lightly, then spray. then dry & clean with QTips, Then away you go.
