Is it possible to speed up the fade rate in analize mode?

Hi guys,
I've noticed that when I switch to analize mode (sizing) and scan a target that the info stays on the screen, even after I sweep it again. Is it possible to set the fade rate faster for this screen, or set it up so that it updates with every new sweep?

Thanks!

Short answer is no. The analyze mode captures all the data in a sweep before it displays it. The only way it knows when a sweep is done is if there was a target, and then there is no signal for a given amount of time. If you are getting constant targets, it will not have a chance to display. You could pull and release the trigger between sweeps. It is not a continuous search mode - it is for when you find a target and you want to get more info on that one target - sweep over the target that once (sometimes 2ce) and see the display.

Thanks for the info AK. I'll just have to stick with the way I've been doing it then, which is pulling the trigger between sweeps like you mentioned.

Thanks again!

Thanks for all the posts Anne.

If you wait two seconds between sweeps, the analyze screen should reset with the new data collected on the return swing.
