Is is me or is the xterra longer than other detectors? Strange how do they mess that up?

From the time X-Terra Field testers made their initial reports, some folks have thought the rod length was a bit too much. Although I haven't personally found that the case, Minelab was made aware of it. In response, Minelab manufactured a shorter lower rod for those finding the stock setup to be too long. So, you can either get a shorter lower rod from your dealer, from Minelab, or simply cut the one off that came with your detector. HH Randy
