Is Garrett being affected by the flooding in Texas?

I'm trying to load their site and it won't load. Are they in the area being affected by the flooding?
 
More than likely Garrett operations have been affected in some form.

Garland has had massive flooding recently so the infrastructure and communications in that area has been hit pretty hard.
