Is Fisher That Good?

I know I was a Fisher guy when the LTD came out. I hate to say but I think we at least had a few rumors or some prototype detectors floating around. I sure hope Fisher has something in the pipe but can't believe they could keep it this quiet. I am used to camera manufacturers and their timing of new releases to hit big shows. Is there anything like that in metal detecting? I guess any release makes sense. A Fall release hits the relic season, a Christmas release hits gift giving and a Spring release has us all foaming at the mouth to get outside. Anybody else have any thoughts about how it might work out? I may just be delirious in the 95 degree heat and rambling but I bet a lot of you guys are wondering the same thing.

I guess I should clarify. I am still a "Fisher guy". I know there products are great. I wondered if they could really keep a secret if they had something close to being released. I sure hope so, because I am ready for the newest from FT.

You'd be surprised. Dave J. is really good about giving us just enough information to keep us drooling without giving us any idea of what he's working on or when it'll be out. Sneaky...

So Dave J. is Pavlov's bell personified- nice Justin:clapping:. As a Fisher of men and a man of Fishers, I will wait in the kennel for my next dish. I do have my wallet in a zip lock bag. The cash stays dry and sat upon until the units are being shipped and I know there are no 'labs going on my family tree. Until then I will continue my quest for goofy metaphors.
