the F-19 for gold nugget hunting?-----If so, would like to hear what you think of that detector in your gold nugget hunting endeavor(s).----Say as much (or little) as you like---would just like to hear some feedback on it in this regard.-------Thanks

I think Steve is. Sounds like the F19 is about the same as the G2 and Gold bug pro for prospecting. The improvements are mostly centered around relic hunting is the disc mode.

I was initially excited to get what I saw as a Gold Bug Pro but with extra features. I expected no extra depth or performance on gold, but am always up for more capability in the same housing. Hi figured the extra ferrous discrimination capabilities might be useful around trashy mining sites. But honestly, I found Fishers lack of interest in informing people what was going on with the new unit to be a damper on my enthusiasm. Then the initial units once again being less than perfect, an all to unpleasant reminder of the Gold Bug Pro saga. I just lost interest and have moved on.
