Iron Audio?

coach c

New member
AT Pro users......How do you use the iron audio? Do leave it on or do you just turn it on when testing whether a sound is a bottle cap or not?.....Coach

As a relic hunter I rarely encounter bottle caps so I use the iron id to check large signals.

if it's a iron heavy rapid fire nail scenario I leave it off....For open wood's few target's I turn it on...I believe you will hear target's deeper with it on...they may sound warbly more iron tone than good tone but will also be weak and worth investigating..

Like Guru say's it's also great for checking large target's to see if they area iron or not...

Hope this help's from my take on it.

Keith

Im just leave mine off. I've tried turning it on a few targets and I didn't hear anything different. I don't find many bottle caps in the woods

Turn it on when I need it. I like zero mode you can hear different tones. I also tunr disc to 40. I dot need any iron. LOL
