..........WHAT A PLACE it would be to work at!!!-Took a tour of the plant-1st thing I noticed was ALMOST COMPLETE SILENCE in the production area-Last place I worked at;we had to wear ear plugs all shift long.NEXT THING I NOTICED WAS the work load,or should I say,the LACK of it-I have to say that it would be more of a workout detecting for 8 hours!!Work pace was-well-If any more slower,it would be in reverse.QUITE a change from what Im used to doing.BEST PART was the wages/benefits-In 2 years,I will be making almost the same I made at my last job after almost 22 years-WITHOUT A UNION!!!:thumbup:Ive got to go back next Tuesday,to talk to the 2nd shift foreman and the plant manager. THIS is a good fit-PRAYERS for success for Boomer's Dad!!!AMEN!!!PS:pLEASE say a prayer of thanks for my friend that works there,LARRY!!!-for doing this for me!!!:thumbup::super::beers:
