Well, there I was in the old cemetary checking the dates & names on the old tombstones.A few had csa unkown soldier but the dates fell during the civil war.A farmer pulled up to the edge of the cemetary and asked if I had anything to do with it.Nope I replied;just checking the dates.Turned out he just wanted to redo the fence. After a few minutes of small talk, I asked if he had ever found any relics in the surrounding fields. He went on to explain how he had used minnies for fishing weights and how his brother had picked up a fairly rare square buckle with csa on it.By now I was really hyped up and asked for permission to detect.Sure he said as he pointed out his property lines ,but watch that fence ;its hot! Well I got the PRO out of the cruiser, flipped it on and blip-blip as the needle danced across the meter in a steady rythm.Changed coils, battery pack and retuned . Same problem. Finally figured out that the electric fence wasn't going to let me detect there(at least not today!)DBULL
