Interesting weather a couple nights ago...

On my way home from work, we still had some liquid water on the ground, after the air temp had dropped below freezing. The cold temperature sucked the moisture straight up into the air, where it promptly precipitated out and froze on anything it touched. It was kind of weird driving through this "fog", but when I got up the next morning, all the trees across the street from me was sheathed in a really nice frosty layer.

At least the main roads and highways are pretty much clear. What really made me nervous was when Laurie was driving us all around. She's from Michigan, and is used to driving on it. However, she wasn't allowing for the stupid idiots down here that DON'T know how to drive on it. We almost rear-ended some doofuss that decided to come to a complete stop AS SOON as they got off the highway, smack dab in the middle of the exit ramp.
