Greetings fellow enthusiasts!
I found this wonderful I presume military button several years ago with my White xp pro and have since wondered the history behind it. I’ve searched the web with no success and wondered if someone here had any ideas please?

Well other than the abbreviation for expired or expert...... obviously a button so brand name??!! BTW, you’re on the Civil War forum, better placed on the Whatzit forum...... but someone should see and hopefully answer.
