Interesting... hit the front yard with the new coil

I don't know how many times I've tried the front yard with no luck. There's some kind of interference; probably the street lights (the lines are underground). Anyway, I was bringing my machine in from the car and decided to turn it on, on the way in. I lowered the sensitivity to make it a little more stable and wham! A nice silver sound. Sure enough, about 5" down at '51 Rosie. Started poking around and decided (for all you ExpII users) to raise the gain to 10 to make up for the lesser sensitivity. Ended up with 5 wheaties: '35,'40,'47,'50, and a '57. Very encouraging to say the least!
