Interesting Coin or Token Find - ID?

Hi guys. Buddy in club found this copper/brass coin or token (about the size of a large cent) in a field with a number of other early 1800's coins and relics. Looks to have a 1 / 4 marking on one side, and perhaps an eagle on the obverse. Token? Foreign coin? Any help is welcome.
