Interesting but not dug up yet

As I was swinging the 250 it started to sing like mad over a 3 foot by 3 foot area. I dug up a small area and found these bricks. They either have a high mineral content or are lined underneath with copper or something. I was searching in coin mode and the whole area was reading a one dollar coin. It is either an old pathway, an old cistern or an old septic tank EEWWW.

I haven't dug any further because we had a massive storm come thru yesterday. We lost power for three hours and afterwards I did a search and found out we lost a tree snapped off at the base.

We also had some house damage.

As I had said in an earlier post when I dig for the targets I am still digging to large of holes. This is why I only search around the house still. I figure I will get better with practice and will eventually be able to go to public places. Anyways as I am digging these two lunk heads are very interested in what dad is doing.

As I leave one hole I fill it back in and stomp it down so none of the kids or me break our necks later. Unfortunately I turned around to see these two re digging up the holes to see what I was doing. I had to go around and refill every hole. Oh well at least I had an audience. Happy digging all.
