I know you're a fan of Michael Soo but have you looked into his Triple Sharpening Action software for Photoshop? It's only $10 and a lot of the people on the DPReview forums swear by it. Check out the link below.
 
Can't afford it. I'm using a Demo of Picture Window Pro. Looking better all the time!
