So you want a coil cover thats cheap and easy to find! Well guys and gals I saw someone's suggestion on the web and thought it was a great idea. Use a bucket cover, find one that fits good and then remove the unwanted area for the open spots on the coil and viola! Instant coil cover I figured that I could just use plastic cable ties, but thought that would eventually wear and break off and the cover would flop or come off, so I think I will use silicone sealant and then when I need to remove or replace the cover it will come off with just a little effort. So tomorrow I will try and do just that. Photos to follow. What you think? Neat huh? And at the cost of 68 cents each I can have covers that will extend the life of my coils for a long time to come.
