What are your thoughts on these inline probes, will it void your warranty? Are they actually more productive than say a vibra probe? Detecta pocket probe verses sunray. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and I wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

one thing to keep in mind with the inline probes are that they are actually like a one inch coil. They average about 3" on a target, which is better then most other probes or pinpointers, which might give you an inch. This is except for the pocket probes, which I think are good for 3-4 inches. But the inline probe to me is more handy and its attached to your detector and uses the detectors descrimination as well as the detectors tones. Plus you can use the detector to adjust the sensitivity of the probe.

But, I don't think I would invest in an inline probe for an Ace 150 or 250 because of the cost. The probe will run you about as much if not more then the detector.

Just my opinion,
Mike
