Information about Detecting in England

If you have been to England detecting or if you have information about it such as weather ( I am looking at March),or which Co you went with and how was your detecting experience with them, and care to share it I would be grateful for any information you can give me. Also did you take your detector or rent one of theirs if you took yours how would you recommend backing it, I will take either my AT Pro or Mine lab 3030 not sure which would be better in England.

I posted yesterday 10/22 - the same questions, almost the exact wording of yours although I didn't see yours till now. ha 85 views but no responses. I posted on the Garrett AT Pro/AT Gold Forum. Surely some members have made this trip.

Hello.
There is an article on the Metal Detecting Hobby Talk website about going on a metal detecting trip to England and how prepare for the trip .
