Infinium had a pretty good time yesterday in the Gulf

First off a young man came down and asked if I would try and find his ring. After about a half hrs wading around, got out, took a couple steps and hit just under the wet sand. Pure luck, but he and his wife think I'm some kind of pro. Tungsten, but it valuable to them, very. Back in, snagged a quarter. Hitting a lot of quiet, moved up closer to home. Got a 1949 Wheat Back penny. (My birth yr) Couple tent pegs, than another Tungsten ring. Few tabs, up scooped a 14K. 13gram man's band. I'm thinking I got more rings today than coins. I quit.
Seemed easy, but I had to pay a lot of dues to hit a day like this. The Infinium , at this stage, I just wouldn't trade it for another. No down time.

Last Infinium hunt, hunted what about 4 us call Iron Bottom Wash. A washout that has provided us with about the only decent hunting we've found. When it's not sanded in, it is littered with iron bolts, nuts, and who knows how many tent pegs. Well yesterday the Gulf calmed and found that some of the sand had been swept away. So some jewelry, coins were again brought up. It was a small window because today heavy waves, rain returns. I managed two Silver rings with 2 pennies.
