Inexpensive sand scoop

I was watching a video on youtube recently and the detectorist said he paid $40 of his plastic sand scoop. Well, I took a look at it and thought I might be able to make one that was functionally similar for a lot less... like for almost free. Well, it cost me an empty 1/2 gal ammonia jug and about 15 minutes of time. I'll test it on my next outing to a beach.
