Indian, silver, relics....Climax in the field

My buddy Weston Hinds came up today to hunt with me. We hit an old house and s field site. Got 4 wheats. 1946 silver Rosie, 1888 Indian, Crotal bell and a "climax" lock lol. Not sure what the cherub looking thing is ? Also got a gen service CW cuff button.

In the picture to the left of the lock....what is the round disc with the letters on it? I find them all the time and never know what they are?
