Indian Head Pennies on the F75

Hey, has anyone dug one and could you tell me what target ID range they were in? I ask because I am cherry-picking a site and I'm not digging anything less than 30-31 until later. A couple of IHs have been found at this site, but not by me and I want to make sure I'm not intentionally passing them over. - Jim

You would think some 69 copper ones would fall in close too.

If i might add something you did not ask..I have noticed it depends somewhat on the depth of the coins for the reading. Wheat cents can read between 61 and 69 depends on the condition and how much green is on the coin surface..I think Indians unless you get back to 60's and some70's may be the same

I have found several at depths of 4-6" and they read from 63-69. Two others were deeper, 7-9" and they read in the low to mid 50's. HH jim tn
