Indian and ???silver

Hey folks. Went to my go-to spot that I have pounded for the past year first step after turning on the Etrac, I got a wonky bouncy signal going from 09-41 to 11/12-47. Pulled an 1899 Indian Head then about 2" deeper in the same hole, a piece of something that I THINK is silver. It reads solid 11-47. Any guesses I. What it could be? Thanks for looking and HH

looks like half of a sterling buckle to me, or maybe some sort of ladies hair piece, thats my guess lol, cool digs!
