Incredible weekend, silver, indians, buffalos, relics!

After doing my testing the other nite with my SEF 6x8 coil and using manual I decided to go an entire weekend using ONLY my small coil in yards. I'd say I was pretty successful. This is my finds from friday, saturday and sunday. Hunted some old houses, an empty lot, and a small sidewalk tearout, found the following:

bunch wheats
2 indians 1888, 1908
2 buffalos 1926, 1928
1943 war nickel
6 silver dimes, 1913, 1917, 1935, 1937, 1940 and 1953
3 tokens, palmolive, Good luck token, and 5 cents at the bar
Anheuser Busch metal beer bottle, date 1897 on bottom
Buckle, looks to have been silver plated
Plated junker ring
1950 play dime
small cross
little bird button
Military collar button

I think I will be using the small coil in yards a lot more from now on, now sure why I never did as I have owned it for way over 2 years, been basically just using it in fields. It gets incredible depth, especially when using manual.

That's incredible! Way to go! I have the Coiltek 6" treasure seeker coil that I know I can run manual sensitivity at 30...just got it this week. I'm gonna run max whenever I can! Good job on those hunts!

Some great lookin' finds.. I find that Indiana Store Coin with the Swastika very interesting. ..and, the Indian's you guys find up there seem to always be a good condition compared to ours, Congrats on a KILLER Hunt!

Nice bunch of finds!
I found an identical medal a couple years ago , think its a military artillery medal.

Manual sens. with a small coil is a killer! With a small coil's limited depth capability, it needs every trick in the book to detect deeper targets.

As i said in another thread, i typically run my small Sharpshooter coil at a manual 30 or as hi as possible soil and EMI permitting.
Once i got weaned off the 'comfortable' ID stability of AUTO and graduated to man. sens. with a little experience and falsing tolerance... the deeper ones are there for the taking.

Great finds Terry! What a weekend you had. Thanks for the pictures!
