Inca

Bill in Texas

New member
:detecting: The Tesoro's that I have are a Inca, Silver Umax, and a Vaquero. I Know that it sounds crazy, but I still like the Inca the best. Now if it was just lighter weight. I do not like high audio boost because it makes deeper targets harder to read quickly. I like the soft smooth sound of the Inca on deep targets. Anybody else feel that way about a older detector? Works great in extreme iron trash.(digging a target usually gives 3-5 nails in the dirt dug) Put a small coil on and weed out the goodies!

I had a Mayan I bough tused . It was my first detector. Got what I paid for it when I sold it .Sometimes I wish I still had it .

:detecting: I had a Mayan also. If I remember right it was a TR machine. The Inca is a motion machine but with very little audio boost. I wish that teroso still made one without all the audio boost. There is a couple still out there. I have been told that the Garrett Scorpion Gold Stinger

I am new to forum, but I have used the Inca since eighties. I also use a Golden Sabre II. Have found alot with them .

The older Tesoros were great machines. My favorites were the Original Bandito, the Toltec 100 and the Pantera. I still have my Pantera and wish I had kept the others.

Guess I would love to have a newer machine, but dont really need one as far as finds go!
