In the market, need some knowledge!!

I am in the market for an upgrade and the 705 is making a run for the title of my new detector, but I still need more info. I do most of my hunting for WWI relics in Germany and want to know how this thing performs and a relic machine. I am not interested in how it hunts coins or gold at this time, I know its great at both at that is something I am considering when I get back to the states. Right now I am looking for a relic machine. All of your input will be great help. Thanks and thanks.

With the ability to change frequency with a coils change it would be a great relic machine. No other machine can do that. The 18.75 coil is very hot on lower conductors.

Do not hunt for relics. I do know that the bigger 18.75khz coils will hit iron deeper than I want to dig to get rid of the signal. Hits hard on lead and toy guns. Don't know if that helps or not. Good luck

Relic hunting in Germany may be different than relic hunting here in the States. If you'd provide us with some additional information as to what type of relics you are hunting for, (brass, lead, iron etc) maybe someone already using the X-TERRA for relics made of those materials will chime in.
