Yeah! Actually took the Ace250 out tonight and did a little detecting. Must have left it on last time I used it, or my son switched out the batteries for his Walkman cause I only had one bar in the Batt indicator. They were brand new last time I used it. Hmmmm
Anyway I did manage to leave with $3.00 despite the low batteries. And that was a 3 hr hunt on those as well. Got a tad nervous at the park for a few drunk bums started to get rude and pushy towards each other and I didn't want to stay to see them kill themselves. So I left and discovered that the little lady already had dinner cooked and ate. Mine was wasting away on top of the stove in the fry pan...for an hour. The stake was tough but the flavor was really tasty. Mmmmm
