Just thought I'd say a few words regarding Garrett's after sales service.
Recently I had a problem with my arm cuffs, so contacted Garrett's and was dealt with by Melinda.
She treated me with the utmost respect and sorted everything out to my entire satisfaction. (very quickly)
I must say that I think all the other M/D manufacturers
will really have to go some to get even moderately close to their service.
For me Garrett's are the best and are my choice for the duration.
Three cheers for Charles Garrett and his brilliant staff.
Especially for Melinda.

Glad to hear it Ian and Eileen.
I haven't been as lucky with my X-Terra. I sent it back to Minelab for the third time with the same problem! This time, I insisted that they replace the machine as I can't trust them to repair it! They agreed. If they hadn't, I would have sold both my Minelab machines and had nothing further to do with them. It's little wonder that I'm not swnging it much anymore.
