In my own back yard.

My house is only 5 years old, so this find is quite a surprise. This lot it's on is a bit wooded and was an area where a farmer used to keep his cows. Before that, who knows? Today I was messing around in the back yard with the XLT. I've found memorials and an occasional wheat cent,so when I heard a nice tone that read as a Quarter, I was expecting clad.(2.5 inches) Sure didn't look like a Quarter. It's slightly larger, so I figured that it's a token. Cleaned it off in the sink and discovered One Cent staring at me! Holy Smokes, my first Large Cent! I've been looking for one of these for years. I did gorf it because I only had a screwdriver with me and wasn't expecting a L.C. Not bad for just "dinkin'" around.
