I ran the coil wire straight up the shaft on the Ace 250 and the bonging was all but eliminated. Idea is to tape it securely in many place to prevent the coil wire from moving. Like any other unit expect a faulty signal now and then. Want to thank the forum for this helpful info.....
 
I run my cable strait all the way to the head. Then loop it once or twice and plug it in. I have just 3 Velcro straps holding it. It looks better also.
