Improvements to my 180 meter

One of the problems with my meter was the user had to use a screw driver to calibrate the meter. My new meters will be more convenient with a calibration knob located in the back. Also the inlet RCA plug was moved from the front to the back for cosmetics and a stronger place to bolt down.HH Ron

Rick,Hydraglide, the meter has evolved, with feed back from users and time in the field. With the calibration knob life will be easier and will make this even a better 180 meter. For those interested your old meter can be updated with this pot and knob. Thanks Ron

Looks Good. I like that knob and the plug in in that position.

How long since you shipped one that looked like this. I just purchased a very very lightly used GT (not a scratch anywhere) and this meter was included.

Beautiful work Ron!

I wondered. Knew that the ones that I have seen of yours did not look at all like that. Looks like someone has copied some of your work. Imitation is the highest form of flattery.

George true.Speaking of copies this is a Mod I did following Mr.Bills Specs.By the way the SAT hi low switch came off one of my old Sovereign box and a 100k pot.The face plate holes from the old Sovereign XS was used as a template to drill holes for the three pots on the Classic's face plate. Thanks Ron

Ron,

I want one of the them. Please PM me the cost and your address. One's good...Two is better!!!

John

Nice improvements on an already fine product Ron.. I love the one I purchased from you a short time ago.. works great and easy to see the numbers.

Felix, for those who want an upgrade I can put the outside Calibration pot on their old meters for $25.00.Thanks Ron

Ron, please PM your address again. It appears my phone company has changed Internet service and I lost the PM you sent me.

John

I look forward to using my new meter. I've made a full circle back to the Sovereign GT! My favorite machine ever built!!!
