Importing Waypoints From Magellan VantagePoint

Does anyone know what file format the CTX-3030 waypoints are? I have dozens of stored waypoints on my Magellan Triton 400 GPS and would like to export them from the VantagePoint software to the xChange 2.

I don't think you can currently import waypoints from other devices. You can import a file (with waypoints) that was saved with Exchange 2 from someone else though. I opened the exported file in Notepad and there is large hexadecimal string attached to the label I created. It definitely looks like a proprietary format. I could be wrong about that though.

From the Minelab Exchange 2 Manual:

You can edit a waypoint with a different Lat/Long (from your Triton 400 GPS) in Exchange 2 and then rename and save it. It will be cumbersome if you have a lot of them. Unfortunately Exchange 2 dosent even allow you to paste data into the Edit Waypoint window. You have to type the data in.
