Dear Valued Members,

This is to inform you that we just released an update for the IMPACT based on a few feedbacks which is now available for download at the IMPACT product page below:

R1_V1.13_V1.11 (System Software V1.13 / LCD Software V1.11)
Updates Made : Individual frequency shift values have been assigned for each frequency (5kHz/14kHz/20kHz) and the frequency shift feature has been improved overall.

Nice to see a great machine have a great company working on it to make it even greater....
 
I hope everyone's computer can open the "BIN" file. Mine gives me an error message saying my computer can't open it.

If you are clicking on the bin file, of course it will not open, After you install the 'installation app' there is a button that you click and then navigate to the 'bin' file
 
I had a problem like that it was my cable that was bad
 
I did finally get my computer working correctly so I'm now updated.
