Impact IM40 coil bolt

Does the IM40 coil take a different setup to connect it to the shaft? The coil bolt doesn't seem to fit this square opening.

As the pictures are large, cannot upload them here.
You need different hardware for this... you should have gotten it with the coil.
 
This issue was handled in less than a week. The customer service is just as awesome as the machines they produce!
