I got out tonight with GKman to a new site. We hunted for two hours and hit it well. My coins were 2 draped bust LCs 2 KGs 1 NJ copper and my first Flying Eagle cent.
One of the LCs was made into a washer. We haven't even touched this place yet. Going back next week. GKman did very well also but that's his story to tell.

Awesome time Todd! Congrats on your first flying eagle!

Great finds! That large cent looks more to me like some colonial shootist used it for target practice, maybe had someone flip it in the air him, judging for its concave shape! But that's just how it appears to me, is it actually flat like a washer or concave?

Brings a cool picture to mind thinking of it that way.

Great hunt, thanks for sharing with us, its called motivational text..!!
