Only one keeper tonight. Had time for a quick 30 minute hunt today after work.. I decided to hit a small park close by. It had been pretty decent to me in the past. I made up my mind I was going to dig anything that had some depth to it. One if the first hits I dug ended up being a neat button.. When I got it back to the car i cleaned it off with a little water. I could see the emblem on the front with the words Be Prepared on the bottom. Under that it had a patten date of 1911. I googled 1911 Be Prepared button and quickly found out it was an old Boy Scouts button. I'm starting to get a good little collection of different types of buttons.. They are a cool to me as digging silver  I would like to find a little display case for all of them. Anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks for looking guys

Derrell - nice collection of buttons. I'm with you - Next best thing to good coins and depending on the button, could be better than coins!

do a google search on riker cases. i believe the sponsers here that sell detectors probably carry them

That's a nice collection of buttons. I've seen relic collectors display their buttons in butterfly cases that have individual compartments for the buttons. Google "button display case" or "button case" and something should turn up. HH
