...the silver right out of the ground! What a crazy day yesterday. I was at this park where I found an indian just below the surface. My fist signal was a zincoln. My second signal was a large area high tone but giving a 12-43 to 45. It was two rosies 1946 and 1959 about 4 inches apart. I was swarmed most of the day by little money grubbers( can I have the next coin you find...PLEASE!). Where are the parents? Oh, they are right there sitting on the benches talking on their cell phones. Anyway it was getting dark and I get a semi-high tone peep. 12-38-44 once, most of the time reading 1-37-38. about nine inches on its side in an area i pounded the hell out of with my etrac, was a 1946 Washington quarter. next to it about 3 inches away was a 1918 wheatie. Great hunt. CTX RULES!!!

It certainly does, I have only ever found a 1900 indian cent but still being in the UK it was unusual. it was found on a Roman site among roman coins. Was it a American taken back in time travel ? A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court, I still have it, in full green patina.

:nopity:

Agreed Bey. I upgraded from an E-Trac and have been on a silver-palooza ever since. I also notice that I find waaaaay more Indian cents and Civil War bullets than I did with previous machines.

Oh, and I have a trick to get rid of those little gypsey kids. I tell them that I just saw a rattlesnake and that usually works. For the more curious ones, I find their mother and mention that my parole officer thinks it is not such a good idea that I be around kids!! :crylol:

Be yonder, what mode are you in on the CTX?

I was using a mostly open multi tone 27 sensitivity high trash
