We have had 24 days of relentless rain. Water everywhere and all the rivers ( we have about eight ) plus streams are at or above flood stage. The forecast is for more of the same for days on end. I'm about to go berserk.

If you would have just sent some of that wet stuff down here to us in Texas like I asked, we would all be smilin'!! It's so dry here the bugs don't SPLAT!! on the windshield, they just POOF!!

I've been all over Texas and know of what you speak. Still pouring here and no end in sight. I hate these kinds of winters. I'd like to send it all to you guys. Perhaps you'd also like the fifty feet or so of snow on the mountains. HA.

I suggest you get two things::nerd:

1) a remote control vehicle that you can strap your Garret into:yo:

2) a dog that loves to dig:super:

Then let them both loose and sit in the comfort of your vehicle as you watch them work an area.

oh yah.....Make sure the dog likes to swim and the garret has a life jacket on.....::thumbup:

Hope the weather gets better for yah so you can get out and enjoy the hobby !

Cheers!

I've got the dog but no remote controlled vehicle. I once saw a paraplegic fellow detecting from a specially built go-kart. I had always hoped to run into him again and see if I could do a story on him but never saw him again. Still pouring here.

We can send that snow over to the mountains in West Texas. I think some of that rain you're getting now is headed this way and should be here around Monday. Thanx!!
