They were suppose to install the system yesterday but nobody showed up :thumbdown:

So for the last day and a half I have been talking to morons trying to get my service hooked up, I have done everything right here, they have done everything wrong here after spending millions of dollars trying to suck us die hard cable fans in and when they do they don't know what they are doing, kinda like that Punk Elson :argue:

I don't like being stood up, when you tell me you are gonna be here you better get your dieing AZZ here or let me know that you can not make it, I don't care about the reason you couldn't make it AFTER THE FACT because that always cost me time and money, you set a appointment with me you better keep it because I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a mad angry person for the last few days because I am sick and tired of dealing with in component people, I know my job and you know your job right, so where's the problem, it's pretty damn simple if you ask me, it's your job so learn it and do it the right way :ranting:

I'm not gonna be a happy camper for a while until I get this moron company to start thinking fucking smart, they just flat out pizz me off with the dumb people that they have handling the phones :rant:

Damn it anyway, if you are gonna offer a package and spend millions on selling that package you better have the right people in place to sale that package, it comes down to common sense :ranting:

I'm not a sales person but at least I know how to use a computer and take order's, just ask Craig, I'm a no bullzhit kinda guy and don't have time for morons and will make a move fast, if you are a problem and hurting the cause or mission you are gone, period! End of story but these company's employ dumb azz people and the sad part is most of them are from America, pretty god damn sad if you ask me and I don't care if you did ask me, I speak the truth!!!!!!!!! :rant:
 
As sad as it may seem, you are so right Ray. Companies employ Americans who could care less about their jobs and then wonder why they loose them to illegals. I see more and more Mexicans doing jobs of Americans, and they do a dang good job at what they are doing.......no fooling around, talking on the cell phone to their pals, no looking at their nail polish and snapping gum or fixing their hair while they have you on hold.
 
Then get laid off and go collect unemployement for the next 6 months!
 
DirecTV did a BACK ALLEY MUGGING of me and removed over $250.00 of my money, and I was NEVER a customer. I wouldn't give them the dust from my feet. As a matter of fact, I am on a crusade against them and so far, have cost them over $15,000.00 in business. My goal is to prevent a minimum of $100,000 worth of business from going to them.
