I started coin hunting DC parks in 69. For the last 30+ years My focus has been relic hunting. Most recently hunting iron laden colonial sites. Tone id and a fast processor are a must to be successful. I had an Etrac, Explorer , Sovereign. Found plenty of relics but also struggled in the iron. My hope is the CTX can separate good low conductive targets in and around iron. The crops are being harvested now. So I will get out this weekend to find out. Stay tuned.

I hope it suits you. Best of luck!
