about my ATP having problems again. Picked up a second one used off of The Bay and it arrived last Friday. Gave it a quick check after cleaning all the sand out of it and it seems to be fine. So if my original one goes fritzy, I've got the other one as a back-up. Came with a backup Propointer too!!

Sounds like a good deal coming with the Propointer . I think I rememder U posting U had a problem with your first unit last year (one and done) or something like that. C'mon tell us all the serial number of the unit and price U paid for it:rofl: Anyway Good luck with it . Cleaning sand off the unit doesnt sound good , but if u cleaned it and checked it out and it works for U , gotta think positive and hunt with it.

It's a 510 number and what I paid for it is my bidness...sorry!! Suffice it to say, I got a good deal on it. I'm gonna box it up and send it to Garrett for the rod extension upgrade and checkup. For $40, why not. I have a Gizmo already, but it needs a good checkup and I can use the Gizmo on my 250. I intend to use this one for land hunting, already have the headphone jack adapter installed so I can use my Killer B's with it.
