I sent my Cortes in on the 19th and still dont have it back yet,how long does it take usually to get one back...I usually imagine Tesoros service dept. either like the maytag repairman (the dont break down,lol) or running like ants permorming little tune-ups due to thier great warranty!
All I own are Tesoros (well except for an ACE250 for backup in the basement...in the box) and this is the first time Ive had to send one in.
 
My only experience (1 time) 10 or 11 days. I expect you'll be seeing it this coming week.

call them and they will let you know the shipping date, who they used for shipping and so forth. mine was just under 2 weeks.
 
Going insane ? Nothing wrong with that if your enjoying every minute of it - but not having a detector is a different story. I'm sure Tesoro will make it right. Maybe they spend a little extra time once they get to it and give it a good once over before letting it out.
 
Figure 5-7 days shipping from NJ depending upon what shipping service you used. A few days to repair and about 5-7 days return shipping. And weekends don't count, I don't think they work....

Just a few more days before you go insane?
In that case you won't have a need for it, you'll be locked up in a padded room somewhere. Tell Tesoro to put my address as a forwarding address on the label in case you can't accept delivery. I will be happy to use it while your away.........
 
Well I havent clawed my eyes out yet so thats a good sign...what a pal Sven ,Ill have the wife contact you if i dont pull through!
 
Now, I don't want your wife too, have one of my one LOL (rather have more detectors than wives.)

But have her call when I can have the detector, don't claw your eyes out until I send you pictures of everything I found with it.
 
O hees got a wife one of those. No wonder hees going insane. Quick call Tesoro and tell them you have a wife for trade for a shinny new Cortez. Must be soon or the padded wagon will be at your door any day. Good luck.:goodnight::surrender::stars::help::crazy::yikes::rofl:

I got it today sorry buddy,Im taking the cortes out for a test run right now.
