I'm getting better with the SE Pro

5 digs today and was fooled twice
all were good coin signals in smart find.
the crappy pennies were on the right side with low numbers and the 50 cent was the one I buried 5 yrs ago and the dirt came right off and it looks clean but it was there just the same.
The Se Pro said about 10 "-I thought I measured 12 when I buried it but the pro found it very easy and showed on the right side with good numbers.
The metal chunk said coin and right to the edge on the right side of the smart find screen and shallow and I thought it might have been a coin I tossed on the ground one time or another-nope! it fooled me and the other miss showed a deep coin on the right side also turned out to be a very rusty nail.there were a lot of other signals but there were not coin signals and I see with the mask off there is more activity.sorry about the lousy pic.

That is cool it found the coin.. I'm sure to a degree it's an estimated depth reading.and anything within 2 inches would be great.. Might of even had a little ground heave going on and it was moved up with frost etc.. Your doing great with the machine it would seem..and more practice will just make it better. I know I have gotten better from hours and hours of use..I also still have much to learn.

Bryce Brown has spent many many hours, and Pm's suggesting how I could get better.. So thanks again Bryce.. It is working..

I get my new se in a few days... I've been reading up a bit.. feel it is similar to my xs that it should be about identical.. just newer with a different coil.. either way I am excited..

This Se Pro is quite a machine. it has impressed me already.
I expect a lot with more time in learning just with smart find mode alone
