I'm a little bummed....

My kids have been involved in competative swimming for the last 5 years, and really enjoy it. The big problem is with the senior coach, who picks at and insults our son continuously. After he called my son the "team Jerk" to my wifes face this evening, I about came unglued. I went to the pool, and he refused to speak to me, so I took the kids off the team until this can be resolved. I feel so bad for my kids who both really enjoy swimming. I know my kid is far from being an angel, but I just cant stand having his coach constantly bad mouthing him.

get to the bottom of the problem and have everyone face it. There has to be a reason why this happens. It will most surely continue unless the thing can be faced. Steve i nso az

if it is a school principal maybe let the principal know of the insults he threw into your wife's face. Maybe he needs to be replaced - certainly needs some prayers if nothing else.

this "coach" sounds more like the neighborhood bully to me. Intimididation is not the way to inspire youth to do their best. He needs to be held acountable for his actions!

He will see you through and, by trusting fully in Him, all of your family will come out the winners and the coach will lose in the long run! Pray for him to receive Jesus as His Savior and for God to show him, too, what is wrong and everything will work out for the good to them who love God and that are the called according to His purpose!

That is what we are here for! Pray about it, then maybe it would be a good idea to talk to whoever the coach answers to! I will pray about the whole situation!
