my friend said that a cousin of hers finds a lot walking along the edge of the highways, one day he found $8.00 in clad and he didn't even have a detector, he was just looking with his eyes, she said that people throw money out of their cars onto the road then in the winter the plow comes and pushes the snow and the coins to the edge of the road.

That is what happens when they clean the snow out of parking lots around ski areas too, they put it all on the sides of the parking lot.
