If you had only one machine for copper?

I'm heading back home the next few summers to Ontario where I know some good areas for native copper hunting. I've been researching copper and don't see much about what the ideal machine frequency etc would be. I assume all metal and deep would be best but do I go with a vlf or pi. Lower frequency or higher. Or would it just be similar to gold.and it would depend on size of target. Most targets would be pottery and arrowhead type stuff. Thanks for any help.

I have an Ace 350 and this machine loves the penny it probably has the most
recognizable ring tone and very easy to pick out. Do you think there are more
pennies in the ground or are they just easier to find. I would have to say everyone
on this forum that counts coins has a penny total higher than any other coin. Find me
a detector that finds gold and silver and no pull tabs now that would be the s_ _ _!

Interesting Leslie. I guess I could open that dual disc as wide as possible if I understand what I just read about it. There is no need to disc junk in this area as there is none. Thanks for the thought. I've read your posts for years and enjoy them.

Someone recommended that Ace as well. I need to read more about that one. I've only used other brands in the past but reading John and Leslie amongst others and seeing the direction Garrett is going, I'm trying them out. Picked up an Ace 150 just to poke around the ski hills but that is going to my 7 year old next summer.
