I want to thank Mr Bill for his great service.
I bought a great IDX PRO from William Quinn, another forumer, who sent it to Mr Bill.
Following the advices of the guru Monte now I have the threshold and ground controls on my hands.
Today I have used it for an hour, what a fantastic machine !
I am from Italy, close to Venice, if one day you will pass here, send me an email, we will search together.

[size=large]Daniel, I think I have responded to at least 7 or 8 E-mails or PM's this week already that directly relate to the Classic ID and IDX Pro as well as to Bill Crabtree's modifications. I will say to them as I say to you, 'Congratulations!'

The Classic series, designed by the 'original' "Mr. Bill", William Lahr captured my attention with the excellent Classic III Plus, and continued with the Classic III SL, Classic ID, and finally the IDX & IDX Pro.

But as much as I appreciated what White's brought to us with the basic Classic series, I have equally appreciated the aftermarket modification work done by the "Mr. Bill" most forum readers know, William 'Bill' Crabtree.

My modified IDX Pro is always with me in my travels and is the #1 detector I grab, and has produced about 98% or more of all the coins I've recovered this year, 98% or more of the silver jewelry, and all 10 of this year's gold rings and all the other gold jewelry.
