Idea For Warm Weather Hunting

Hard to think about warm weather hunting here in Michigan but I am. I bought a 2 gallon camelbak hydration pack my idea is to fill this summer 3/4 ice 1/4 water and by wearing it on my back I am hoping it will cool me off.

amen brother

Sir, just some friendly advice. Fill the reservoir completely with ice. Then add water. As you add water some of the ice will inevitably melt. Keep adding ice and water till completely full. It stays cool just a little bit longer this way. OR you could fill completely with water the night before and then put in the freezer. Do not worry about the reservoir breaking. They are tough!! You will have to wait for thaw to drink though.

That beats continually going back to the truck to re-soak the hand towel in a cooler full of ice water. Nice idea.
