I meant heat shield, like for a catalytic converter or exhaust:

Dident catalytic converters come out in the 70s or 80s this is older it has cracks on it and is made out of Copper i think a shower drain or something ???

Looks like the top off of a container used to sprinkle flour- pepper or something like that. that would be my guess. Yazoo
