What size tube and where can you get it from, also what other parts are needed??(turn-clamp?) Is it just cheaper to buy one pre-made?? Want to build light Straight shaft w/ handle + arm cup.

You might be willing to contact Bill Plugger who makes all kinds of straight shafts for living. It is a very nice honest gentleman and I am sure he will share where to get the stuff. Look for PM.

I just built two the first one for everyday use . which is one pc of alum & the carbon shaft, the other is a 3 pc. travel shaft Here 's the break down.
You can make two out of this 6' pc. & have some left over for another one.

It's alot cheaper doing it this way, If I can figure out how to put smaller pictures up I'll post some. I have made a bunch like these & they work GREAT , They are on my BHID , & The Excal, Plus I have extras.
